| The
Simple Integration Method, or (SIM), allows merchants to process
credit card transactions through your website in real time.
Your system will run with complete automation since your customer
enters their payment information directly at your website. Using
this method, your customer’s credit card is automatically
charged without any intervention on your part. The entire credit
card transaction runs through the Simple Integration Method
and the Virtual Terminal acts as a bridge between the merchant’s
website and the financial institutions that processes the credit

| With
the SIM interaction between your website and the system will
proceed in the following form: |
| 1. The
customer arrives at your website, and then selects the items
they wish to add to their shopping cart. They will then proceed
to the checkout for completion of their order. |

| 2. The
customer fills in the order form with their relevant credit
card and billing information, as well as any shipping information
required. The shopping cart will have been integrated by the
merchant’s web designers into the virtual terminal system.

here. It is important to note that the merchant should host
their payment form on a secure page of their website, preferably
with a 128 bit encryption SSL certificate available directly
from AmeriPayment if you do not already have one. |

| 3. The
customer then finishes filling in the payment form and submits
the transaction sending all the information contained in the
form directly to the virtual terminal company. The customers
data goes through a series of channels, from your website to
the virtual terminal company to AmeriPayment to the customers
issuing bank, then back to AmeriPayment and then back to the
virtual terminal company and eventually back to your website
with a customer approval or decline response. Once the transactions
is approved, the credit card issuing bank of your consumer will
send the money to AmeriPayment’s acquiring banks for holding
and release of your funds. Your funds are then deposited into
your business checking within 2-3 business days. |

| 4. Once
the process is completed, and authorization has been achieved,
the customer is shown a receipt page so that they know their
order was completed. The whole process takes around 2-3 seconds
to complete. The customer can then print out their receipt or
just save the copy that is emailed to them automatically by
the virtual terminal company. |
