The Nurit PIN Pad 202 has brought debit card processing with PIN pad access to merchants in the point of sale environment. The Lipman company has introduced the new PIN pad as having an easy to use hand-held design, keypad, and simple one-to-two line instructional prompts. The unit also supports the Derived Unique Key Per Transaction (DUKPT) to enhance security and management. The Nurit Pin Pad 202 accepts personal identification numbers (PINs), and encrypts the numbers for security which creates an 'electronic signature' for each transaction.
